The doll is beautiful, came with a lot of extras. However, after having her for a few days, her hip joint broke. It looks as if the screw holding her leg on could be too short. I've reached out a couple different ways asking how and what to do with no reply. My daughter is deviated! This was her gift from Santa that she's been waiting for all year and it didn't even last a week. She's not hard on her things and is very responsible as well. My next step will be to dispute the purchase.
