Shipping Policy

We have modern warehouses in the United States, Europe and Russia,We offer free shipping most countries in the world.

Due to new safety procedures, shipping of orders may be delayed.

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

You get free standard shipping and expedited shipping on every order—just sign in during checkout and you’ll automatically get free shipping.


Standard: Currently arrives in 1-7 business days | Carrier: UPS, & USPS

Expedited: Arrives in 2-3 business days | Carrier: UPS, & USPS


UCanaan currently does not ship product(s) to Military addresses outside of the physical United States (eg. APO/DPO/FPO/US Territories) or freight forwarding addresses. A physical address within the US will need to be provided for the order to successfully process and ship out.

*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items.
